About Us
Since 2007, the North State Building Association Foundation (NSBIF) has embraced a succinct vision to bridge the lack of skilled trades workers for the home building industry by defining and supporting key pathways to Californians' training, jobs, and careers. We accomplish this through several programs and initiatives – Y.E.S. Youth Employment Success, Out of School Youth (OSY) - young adult work readiness program, and our community engagement Program Project My Own Bed (PMOB). Our success is grounded in 17 years of collaborating with employers, schools, municipalities, and other community-based organizations to prepare clients to succeed.
