Founded in 2007, North State Building Industry Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist with workforce development in the residential construction industry in Northern California (trades, office workers and management). NSBIF supports youth and adults through work readiness training and placement into internships and meaningful careers in the residential construction industry within the area.
