This position installs prefabricated cabinets and hardware in a production environment on a builder job site.
W2 or 1099 Contractor

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Must have knowledge of and interpreting Kitchen Design Layouts, drawings and specifications
2. Measure and mark guidelines on walls to be used for installation of cabinets and appliance openings
3. Installation of prefabricated cabinets and installing rough sub top using proper tools.
4. Ensure all doors and drawers are aligned, putty pin nail holes, installation of cabinet hardware with proper jig.
5. Cleans up the sawdust, discards wood / product packaging. Throws trash at job specific locations
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
2. Must have a minimum of two (2 - 5) years' experience as a Production Installer
3. Must have experience in all phases of cabinet and millwork installation
4. Possess the ability to read technical drawings, specifications, blueprints
5. Must have good communication skills
6. Possess the ability to operate precision measuring tools and equipment, including power tools
7. Own all tools required to complete an installation
8. Must have reliable transportation and wilting to travel as required
9. Must possess a valid Driver's License, and 5+ years of driving experience
