We are seeking a Pool Service Technician to join our team. No experience necessary.

As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining & ensuring the cleanliness and safety of residential new-construction pools. 100% paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and balancing chemicals
- Inspect pool equipment for any issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with pool systems and equipment
- Conduct water testing to ensure proper chemical balance
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities and inspections
- Willingness and ability to learn how to repair warranty covered equipment issues.
- willingness and ability to speak with homeowners in a professional manner that reflects the core values of the company.

Requirements:
- Driver License with minimum 3 years’ experience driving in the United States.
- MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- high level of professionalism, integrity, and honesty
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- bi-lingual Spanish/English a plus.
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., squat, twist, push/pull, bend, and kneel frequently.

Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $19 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 + per week
