The Landscape Trainee Program (LTP) is an 18-month, hands-on training program designed to immerse the Landscape Trainee into all facets of our business, providing education and training on the technical
elements of landscape management. The Landscape Trainee works directly with team members throughout all 4 of the business units within Park West (maintenance, construction, arbor, and corporate services) on a fast-paced rotation through different departments.
