Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of all HVAC equipment while providing excellent customer service.
Duties
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Following company standards and procedures, conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to identify issues.
Provide field service support to clients, addressing their HVAC needs promptly.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of HVAC systems.
Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols.
Attend and complete online and in-person distributor trainings.
Experience
Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Familiarity with property maintenance practices is a plus.
Experience in equipment repair and basic plumbing tasks is beneficial.
A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles to job sites.
Certification or training in HVAC technology is mandatory.
