We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, property maintenance, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

Job Function & Requirements:

Service & repair Commercial and Residential heating and air units, energy management systems, service and perform startup on equipment
Communicate to clients all issues and give an explanation of the repair/replacement options.
Record accurate readings and observations for each call along with recommendations on provided system.
3+ years HVAC experience
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Must have a good and valid driver’s license, EPA card & basic hand tools.
Must submit to a background check & drug test
Communicate effectively.
Should be able to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Must be able to work under time constraints and pressures.
Time management is necessary.
Must be in good physical shape to perform job effectively.
Must put the client needs upfront, educating and giving recommendations, but allowing customer to make their own decisions.
Must be flexible with requested tasks.
