Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years of installation experience in new home construction
• Must be able to make occupied repairs as needed in a professional manner
• Must have a dependable vehicle capable of hauling rolls of carpet and pad
• Must have all necessary installation tools (Power stretcher, seaming iron, tacker, glue gun for seams, etc.)

Required documents:
• General liability insurance (1,000,000 & 2,000,000)
• Workers Compensation Insurance (100,000 & 500,000)
• EIN with SS4 or Social Security Number or W-7
• Copy of I.D. or Passport

Responsibilities:
• Adhere to OSHA’s safety standards/policies
• Adhere to builder’s and Metro Carpets jobsite rules
• Follow manufacturer’s specifications
• Pick-up, deliver, and install materials for specified job on workorder/s
• All carpet jobs must be completed daily
• Perform occupied repairs
• Turn in completed work orders daily

Pay:
• Based on experience and set labor rates
