Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years of flooring installation experience
• Familiar with installing Schluter Shower System
• Certified with Schluter Shower Systems recommended
• NTCNA certified recommended
• Must be able to make occupied repairs as needed in a professional manner
• Must have a dependable vehicle capable of hauling pallets of tile
• Must have all necessary installation tools (wet saw, trowels, tile blades, etc.)

Required documents:
• General liability insurance (1,000,000 & 2,000,000)
• Workers Compensation Insurance (100,000 & 500,000)
• EIN with SS4 or Social Security Number or W-7
• Copy of I.D. or Passport

Responsibilities:
• Adhere to OSHA’s safety standards/policies
• Adhere to builder’s and Metro Carpets jobsite rules
• Follow manufacturer’s specifications
• Pick-up, deliver, and install materials for specified job on workorder/s
• Ability to install a minimum of 100 SF of tile per day
• Perform occupied repairs
• Turn-in completed work orders daily

Pay:
• Based on experience and set labor rates
