Job Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager – Installations & Site Management to oversee 15-20 projects annually, each lasting 4-6 months, with a focus on multi-family projects averaging 150 units. This role involves sourcing, onboarding, and managing installers, negotiating pricing, ensuring smooth project execution, and resolving on-site issues as needed. Travel to job sites will be required when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, onboard, and manage a network of qualified installers while negotiating pricing and contracts.
Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and quality installations.
Coordinate with internal teams and installers to align schedules and resolve any site-related challenges.
Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress, handle issue resolution, and maintain quality control.
Maintain documentation related to installer agreements, pricing, and project updates.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in project management, installation coordination, or site supervision in the construction, interiors, or building materials industry.
Strong experience in sourcing and managing installers, including price negotiation.
Experience handling multi-family projects or large-scale installations.
Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
