Job Description:
As a Drywall Patch and Repair Technician, you will be responsible for replacing, patching, repairing, and finishing drywall in residential homes. This role requires an individual who can work independently, provide excellent customer service, and complete high-quality repairs efficiently. Training is provided for those eager to learn and grow in the trade.

Responsibilities:
• Perform drywall patching, repair, and finishing in residential homes
• Match textures and ensure a seamless finish
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
• Work independently while following job specifications and company standards
• Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines

Qualifications:
• Experience in drywall repair preferred, but training is provided
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good customer service skills and professionalism when entering customers homes
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and be able to handle physically strenuous duties
