As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cabinet Assembler to join our expanding team.

Job Summary:
The Cabinet Assembler will be responsible for constructing and assembling a variety of cabinets in accordance with detailed blueprints and specifications. This role requires a strong background in woodworking, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpretation & Planning:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine cabinet dimensions and materials required.
Review design specifications to plan the assembly process and select appropriate materials.

Assembly & Installation:

Assemble cabinet components using adhesives, screws, nails, and other fasteners to ensure precise alignment and structural integrity.
Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and drawer slides according to design requirements.
Utilize a variety of hand and power tools efficiently and safely.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished cabinets for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments and repairs to meet company standards.
Maintain consistent craftsmanship to ensure customer satisfaction.

Workplace Maintenance:

Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring proper storage and handling of tools and materials.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
Communicate effectively regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a cabinet assembler or in a related woodworking or carpentry role.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to safely operate both hand and power tools.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and assembling components.
Good communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team setting.
Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy materials.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.
