Skyline Products has designed and manufactured sign solutions for the transportation and petroleum industries for more than 40 years! We are an essential business and we are currently recruiting for an experienced Aluminum Welder.

Shifts available are:

Monday through Friday 7:30Am - 4:00PM

and

Monday through Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30AM

$22.00 to $26.00 an hour

You do not need to be certified to weld, however, you must pass a weld test, and be extremely accurate in reading a tape measure. Work experience in aluminum MIG welding required.

Job Duties:

+ Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding

+ Lay out, positions, aligns, and fits components together

+ Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding

+ Sets up equipment and welds parts, using MIG welding processes

+ Assembles parts by bolting and riveting

+ Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts

+ AWS D 1.2 Aluminum Certification credentials : not required but preferred

+ Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

+ At least one year of professional welding experience

+ Experience with MIG aluminum welding

+ Ability to pass a weld test, background check, and drug te st

+ Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs., stand for an entire shift and the ability to climb a step ladder.
