**We are Hiring an** **OEM Territory Sales Manager!**
**Job Summary:**
Specifically, we are seeking an **OEM Territory Sales Manager for Targeted Account Sales and Growth.** This position is responsible for the sale of company products, programs and services to OEM’s identified as Target Accounts for 2025
Individual will assist in development and execution of the OEM strategy; including: account segmentation, prioritization, planning, and execution. Responsibilities include achieving targeted levels in volume, revenue, margin for responsible accounts. Individual should be capable of articulating a clear vision of the challenges and opportunities facing OEM customers within Applied Water (AW) for **Goulds and Bell** **&** **Gossett brands** . Individual should be able to take a proactive approach to problem solving at all levels within the OEM organization, including engineering, purchasing, quality and production. Establish and maintain good customer relationships with internal and external customers, along with cooperative relationships with other AWS Sales representatives within the region. Secure maximum market share and sales dollars of the products consistent with the established sales policies and programs for their respective accounts.
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Identify Sales, Margin and SOW growth targets for various assigned accounts within region. Directly responsible for growing sales across account base and increasing platforms within existing accounts.
+ Prepare sales quotations, select and size equipment per customer specifications, negotiate and/or assist in crafting complex proposals, Communicate and coordinate with OEM Application and customer service, Product Marketing, Engineering, and other relevant departments to promptly and accurately address customer issues.
+ Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for the promotion of AW products in the assigned region.
+ Participate in meetings both with and without customers, as necessary for the purpose of developing strategies, reviewing performance, disseminating information on new products, sales policies and pricing, etc.
+ Assist in determining specifications or design features through the Voice of the Customer to improve customer satisfaction and expand the scope and application of current product line. Identify and share competitive practices to Sales team and Marketing.
**Qualifications:**
+ Education: B.S. Engineering (preferred), Technical Degree (preferred), Business, Marketing or related field
+ **Sales Experience: 4-8 years (preferred), with experiences in either: Water Filtration, RO Systems or HVAC industries preferred.**
+ Industrial sales & marketing, project management, selling, motivational, leadership
+ **CRM tool experience (Salesforce preferred).**
+ Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
+ Financial, managerial, meeting facilitator, interpersonal, and software training
+ **Travel percentage 60%**
+ **Live in a major city with easy airport access– Flexible on location**
Salary range:
$72,300.00 - $130,100.00
