Hiring: Landscaping Crew Members & Foreman
Location: Lexington, SC
Reports to: Project Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:
At Precision Landscaping, both Crew Members and Foremen play essential roles in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Crew Members assist with various landscaping tasks, while Foremen take on leadership responsibilities, ensuring that landscaping projects are completed on time, to high standards, and with the utmost safety. Together, the team works collaboratively to meet the company’s goals for quality, customer satisfaction, and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities (Crew Member):
Assist with the installation of sod, plants, trees, and other landscape features.
Perform general landscape maintenance such as mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning.
Operate landscaping tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Help with the preparation and layout of landscape designs according to project specifications.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, including equipment storage.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure job success.
Complete tasks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality.
Transport materials and tools to job sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities (Foreman):
Lead and supervise a team of landscaping crew members on-site.
Review and interpret landscape designs, project specifications, and blueprints to guide the crew's work.
Monitor the daily operations on job sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Train and guide crew members in landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Oversee the use and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment.
Ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for projects.
Communicate with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain quality control on all aspects of landscaping work to meet or exceed company standards.
Manage project documentation, including job logs, progress reports, and safety checks.
Uphold and enforce company safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications (Crew Member):
Previous landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.
Physical ability to work outdoors and handle manual labor in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Basic plant knowledge and care is preferred.
Valid driver’s license (preferred).

Qualifications (Foreman):
Proven experience as a Landscaping Foreman or in a leadership role within the landscaping industry.
In-depth knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Ability to interpret landscape designs and blueprints.
Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors.
Valid driver’s license.
