Job Description:
As a specialist you will be responsible for conducting energy audits for a wide range of clients, including residential properties and commercial buildings. You will conduct on-site assessments, analyze energy consumption data and make recommendations for energy efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct energy audits, including on-site assessments and data analysis.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and develop customized recommendations.
• Evaluate energy systems, equipment, and control systems to identify inefficiencies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare audit reports.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement energy efficiency strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on energy-saving measures and technologies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to audits and projects.
Qualifications:
• Clean Driver’s license
• Basic knowledge of energy systems, energy efficiency technologies, and building systems.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• BPI certification a plus but not required
• Construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Home inspection experience a plus
• Training will be available
