Primary Responsibilities:

Project Coordinator is required to possess working knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to track project funding activities in order to satisfy the project requirements. Project Coordinator must be able to effectively coordinate with Project Managers and service vendors to document the project status (schedule) and validate and approve invoices for payment. Project Coordinator will work with various vendors to ensure contracts are in place and purchase orders are kept current. The Project Coordinator may be called up to prepare cost estimates, plan the tasks by developing the schedule, putting the project plan into action, om smaller projects or service agreements.
Work closely with Project Managers to track the progress of construction projects.
Develop and maintain high level project schedules for projects managed by AZSS and present those schedules to AZSS section managers and leadership
Provide oversight and final approval of Contractor invoices based on the input from the Project Managers and the understanding of project status and schedule.
Work with AZSS Business and Finance personnel on Purchase Orders, Invoice and payment issues.
Use the AZSS Business tools such as SAP, Power BI and other programs to provide information and be a resource to others in AZSS.
Manage direct contracts with vendors that supply materials and services, particularly in the realm of Buildings & Grounds.
Manage and reconcile the P-Card transactions activity for the AZSS groups.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree (BA or BS). Education and/or experience in construction related business a plus. Experience and training in Project Management would be valuable. Facilities Semiconductor experience is a plus.
Data entry and various computer system, project scheduler and software packages/programs. Must be able to demonstrate capability in Excel, other MS Office suite programs as well as project scheduling software (MS Project).
Position may require the ability to work after hours or holiday work pending on project/assignments demand.
Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
Must be able to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds and skills.
Must be able to build project WBS and consider sequence of construction and coordination between trades.
Demonstrates good organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work under pressure of monthly deadlines for the receipt, approval and transmitting of invoices.
