Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Lead the overall architectural design and strategy for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive architectural blueprint for ServiceNow implementations, including integrations with other enterprise systems.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
Oversee the implementation of complex ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of the ServiceNow environment to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Mentor and coach junior architects, developers, and administrators on ServiceNow best practices and standards.
Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to continuously enhance the platform.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for system architecture, configurations, and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or other relevant certifications (including ITIL) are highly desirable.
