Are you a skilled ServiceNow administrator with a passion for transforming higher education through ServiceNow?

IntraEdge is seeking a talented ServiceNow Administrator with a passion for higher education to join our team. This role involves managing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to the unique needs of leading colleges and universities. The ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to understand higher education processes and has a deep knowledge of ServiceNow.
Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain client ServiceNow platforms, ensuring stability and performance.
Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including user and group management, access control, and system configurations.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Implement and manage ServiceNow updates and patches.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, and CMDB.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
