Our wonderful medical group is seeking an experienced (ENT preferred), enthusiastic, team-oriented, Advanced Practice Provider to join our ENT service. Post training practice experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
**Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:**
+ Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
+ Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
+ Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
**Treatment Planning and Management:**
+ Develop and implement patient care plans.
+ Prescribe medications and therapies.
+ Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
**Collaboration and Consultation:**
+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
+ Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
**Qualifications**
+ A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
+ Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
+ Completion of state mandated educational courses
**Pay Range**
$67.30 - $79.32 /hour
