The Dirty Work of SC, LLC is a growing cleaning company, over 20 years in business, with a heavy focus on Post Construction. We are based in Elgin, SC and we serve the Columbia and surrounding areas, the Florence market and are currently expanding into the Greenville market. We offer Post-Construction, Commercial, Post-Renovation, as well as some Residential and multi-family cleaning services.

We are currently looking for a Field Manager

There is always something new, no two days are alike and you always look at the clock surprised that it is already 4:30pm. Cleaning experience is a plus but not necessary to be considered for this position. Having the ability to identify small details as they relate to cleaning is a core part of this job. ***Bilingual English and Spanish would be a huge plus as the job will require some communication with contractors whose first language is Spanish.***

Job Description

As a Field Operations Manager you provide superior support to our clients and sub-contractor staff in the field as daily site work is carried out. Every week will look different and will include field support at multiple job sites located mostly in Lexington, Chapin, West Columbia, Gaston, and Gilbert.

Responsibilities include:

-arriving on time daily, prepared with all potentially needed supplies, positive and ready for business based on calendar details and information
-communicating effectively, constructively, and in a timely way with management, clients and other cleaning staff via phone and text
-supporting staff in the field by being an informed liaison between our company and the client with respect to what services we are able to perform in our scope based on site readiness. For example, if no utilities are available on site, this candidate would determine what the proper next step is to meet the client's needs and communicate this to our staff on site
-field quality control, walking lots for adherence to cleaning scopes and relaying findings to the cleaner, instructing them to correct the issue as needed and to our Quality & Safety Manager.
-backup office support including scheduling and billing as needed
-general operations field support such as covering last minute cleanings as they arise, handling quality of service fixes, detailing/cleaning of specific items on a management level
-demonstrating excellent customer service and respect toward clients and contractors
-exhibiting dedication, positivity and focus to overcome potential obstacles in the field
- determined to ultimately deliver the best service experience and finished results possible to our clients despite setbacks.
-committed to working as a team to catch field issues BEFORE they arise. Assisting other managers in their market areas accomplish this as well if the need presents itself.

Hours are Monday through Friday, typically falling between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. Some additional early evening and weekend hours may be occasionally required during peak seasons.

All staff must have a valid drivers license, a reliable personal vehicle and pass a background screening.
