**Responsibilities**

Manages the development and operations of community engagement programs and departmental functions. Implements and participates in strategic, collaborative partnerships with hospitals, clinics, stakeholders, and aligned community partners to achieve a shared vision. Supports assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of strategic public health awareness initiatives and community activations. Responsibilities may include:

+ Oversees the timely and accurate reporting of expenses associated with partnerships and aligned community initiatives. Provides administrative support, including deployment and management ofstaff and other resources, ensure contractual elements are fulfilled, coordinate ticketing opportunities, and where appropriate, patient, provider, or staff recognition.

+ Assists in the creation and development of strategically aligned community health education and awareness programs implemented in partnership with key stakeholders. Programs can include but are not limited to Heart Health Month, Mental Health Month, Human Trafficking Awareness Month, Men’s Health Month, Cancer Awareness Month.

+ Maintain positive, proactive relationships with key partners. Serves as organizational ambassador and point of contact for external clients seeking health promotional services.

**This position will have a hybrid weekly work schedule, working both remote and on-site at our Glendale System Offices located in Glendale, CA.**

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.

+ Minimum of three (3) years community project management experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

+ Able to work independently with minimal direction, partnership development with diverse stakeholders.

+ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences. Excellent presentation skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.

+ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills/Collaborative work style.

+ Ability to work in a large geographically diverse system.

+ Ability to travel to offsite meeting and events.

**Pay Range**

$38.81 - $56.28 /hour
