We are seeking a Component Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Component Coordinator will conduct administrative and support activities for the component department. The position requires interaction with vendors, customers, and field staff. The Component Coordinator reports to the Director of Building Materials.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to learn MiTek Management software.

• Enter the floor/roof truss, and the wall panel job starts.

• Process special requests for permitting.

• Assemble production documents for upcoming orders.

• Assemble delivery packets.

• Assist with entering delivery schedules.

• Assist in entering hot shots.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office products.

• Working knowledge of framing, blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents is preferred but not necessary.

• Professionally communicate and interact with co-workers

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of time working on a computer.

• Lift up to 15 pounds
