All Phase Development is a residential & commercial contractor, specializing in residential land. Our team develops land in the beautiful Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia area of the Appalachian Mountains.

We provide land grading and infrastructure installation of properties, readying them for further building of residential communities. Our experience in land development ranges from a small single-family home property up to larger mixed-use sites with over 400+ single family homes / townhomes complete with community and nature areas.

All Phase Development partners with national and local home builders, businesses and local municipalities to accomplish our goal.
