Key Responsibilities
As Production Superintendent, you will:
Lead and Manage Production Crews: Oversee project planning, crew scheduling, and staging areas to ensure efficient job completion.
Guarantee Quality Standards: Train and guide crews on roofing installations to uphold our high standards.
Optimize Project Delivery: Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and meet client expectations.
Maintain Safety Excellence: Enforce safety protocols consistently to uphold a secure job site.
Engage and Coordinate with Clients: Attend meetings, resolve challenges, and foster strong client relationships.
Report and Analyze: Record key project data, manage budgets, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
A valid Florida driver’s license (clean record required).
At least 5 years of roofing industry supervisory experience.
Knowledge of various roofing systems and project management experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Physical capability to walk roofs, climb ladders, and lift over 50 lbs.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
OSHA certifications are an advantage.
