We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our outside design sales team at Banko Overhead Doors. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales of our residential homeowner and customer home builder garage door products. This role requires a strong understanding of follow up, professional salesmanship, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct consultations with customers in their homes to understand their garage door needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

- Present product demonstrations and provide accurate pricing quotes.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.

- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM software.

- Learn the line product offerings and articulate the correct solution for each homeowner

- Reading blueprints

Qualifications:

- Proven 5+ track record of success in sales, preferably in the garage door or construction industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

- Ability to organize your leads and have a system of follow up

- Ability to read blueprint and do take offs

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of garage door products and services is a plus.

- Valid driver's license 3-years.

- Ability to pass a background check.
