Description

We are looking for a Freelance 3D Designer with expertise in SketchUp and familiarity with AutoCAD for an exciting project. This independent, detail-oriented, self-driven professional will be tasked with the creation of detailed 3D SketchUp models from AutoCAD files and transforming floor plans into monochrome whitebox 3D models.

Responsibilities may include:

+ Converting AutoCAD floorplans into detailed 3D SketchUp models

+ Delivering finalized SketchUp files to clients (files remain client property)

+ Collaborating with project leads or consultants on project specifications

+ Aiding in drafting complete design sets if required

Requirements

+ Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop

+ Expert-level SketchUp for 3D modeling and rendering

+ Demonstrated competence in AutoCAD for architectural and interior design projects - within the travel, tourism, restaurant and entertainment industry is a plus!

+ Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies in the design industry

+ Proficiency in digital design and related software

+ Exceptional drawing skills, both by hand and digital tools, for initial design concepts and presentations
