What You'll Do:
Perform energy efficiency upgrades and weatherization tasks such as air sealing, insulation installation, and window/door repair.
Conduct basic diagnostics to identify energy inefficiencies in residential properties.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality work and meet project deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience in construction, HVAC, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Ability to use basic tools and equipment effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
