Responsibilities/Responsibilities:
Experience in the Millwork field is required.
Window Knowledge a plus but not required.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Schedule service personnel
Critical thinking skills required to optimize productivity.
Strong attention to detail maintaining customer records and documenting workflow.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Ability to take ownership of your role in our business.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Assist with overflow clerical from other departments as necessary.
