**Position** : Project Manager-Interiors (Quality Assurance Manager 2)

We are seeking a **Project Manager-Interiors (Quality Assurance Manager)** to join our Duluth, GA team! Come join us!
**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
+ Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure alignment with project goals and APS standards.
+ Conduct site visits to assess project needs, gather measurements, and evaluate existing conditions.
+ Create and review design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
+ Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
+ Ensure designs comply with district guidelines, building codes, and safety regulations.
+ Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, preferences and priorities.
+ Present design proposals and gather feedback to refine and finalize project plans.
+ Maintain clear and effective communication with all project participants.
+ Oversee the implementation of design projects from inception to completion.
+ Monitor progress, manage changes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
+ Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials and services.
+ Ensure final installations meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and functionality.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and financial records.
+ Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and occupants during construction and installation phases.
**Minimum requirements:**
+ The Project Manager- Interiors must have:
+ A Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline (Architecture, Interior Design) or equivalent work experience;
+ A minimum of ten (10) years managing interior design projects, with at least 5 years in education and public sector;
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Design Software (AutoCAD);
+ Exceptional organizational, design, and problem-solving skills;
+ Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
