WE ARE HIRING!!

HVAC Residential Service Technician

1+ year of HVAC experience in maintenance and/or service including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.
Type I & II EPA Certification
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectation
HVAC Maintenance Technician

Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through communication and customer service skills
Educate your clients on their maintenance requirements
Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
No EXPERIENCE We will TRAIN YOU!
HVAC Install Helpers Residential

Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units
Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.
Performing start-up of equipment
Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.
Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company
Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets
Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.
Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck
HVAC Residential Lead Installer

Install/Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units (gas or heat pump)
Maintain good working order of company vehicle
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer
Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency
Engage in conversation with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement
Understand company pricing program and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card payments
Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies. Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor
Duct Cleaning Maintenance

Provide quality air duct cleaning and related services to customers.
Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning.
Move and/or lift 50 lbs. (avg).
Remove all registers and returns, seal in preparation of the duct cleaning.
Clean and mark if needed, all registers and returns, then place back in the original position.
Vacuum and clean all registers
Assist in the set-up/tear-down of equipment.
Assist in clean-up of work area, account for all tools and equipment.
Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, etc. to the truck before departure from the customers home.
Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?

Mechanical Aptitude
Knowledge of residential HVAC (Preferred but not Required)
Good Attitude and Willingness to Learn
Leak Location and Repair, a plus
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
Results driven in a high-energy environment
Must be able to follow directions and work independently
Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
