Are you an experienced call center customer service representative seeking a new exciting opportunity? We are working with a Fortune 500 company to support growing operations in their customer service department. We're looking for motivated, customer service professionals who are fluent in Spanish with at least 1 year of prior experience in customer service and data entry while working in a fast-paced environment using SAP or Salesforce.

+ This position is 100% in-office in St. Petersburg, FL

+ Must be fluent in Spanish/English (bi-lingual)

+ Qualified candidates must possesses a high school diploma or GED

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 11:50 PM - 8:20 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

+ Responsible for direct interaction with customer accounts and sales team to perform product inquiries, order entry processing and control.

+ Research issues and brings resolution to complex situations using sound judgment and excellent follow-through ability within established authority level and guidelines for customer service policy and procedure.

+ Uses strong customer service ability to provide value added services in a timely and accurate manner.
