The Coconino County Community Development Department is seeking a Chief Building Official.

Minimum Qualifications: Five years of progressively responsible experience in building inspection and construction plan review, with two years in a supervisory capacity. Additional Requirements: Must possess ICC Certified Building Official Certificate.

Note: Individuals in exempt classifications as part time employees may be classified as non-exempt per FLSA law regarding minimum weekly salary requirements.
This position is safety sensitive. This position is exempt from overtime.
