Coconino County Public Works is seeking TWO Heavy Equipment Mechanic positions. One position is in Flagstaff and one position is located in Williams. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and one (1) year of mechanical maintenance work experience, diesel experience and/or construction equipment repair; OR, any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license; if hired from out of state, must obtain an Arizona driver's license within 30 calendar days of hire and maintain it throughout employment. Final job offer will be contingent upon a satisfactory 5-year Arizona Motor Vehicle Report. Employee must provide own basic beginners hand tools.
