Apple Roofing is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position requires a professional with a strong background in construction, particularly in the roofing industry, to oversee and manage various projects effectively.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors, as well as tracking project milestones and deliverables. The candidate must maintain effective communication with all stakeholders while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

+ Plan and define project scope and objectives

+ Coordinate and supervise all construction activities

+ Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources

+ Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards

+ Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members

+ Prepare project status reports and documentation

+ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle

Requirements

+ Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the roofing or construction industry

+ Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies

+ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

+ Ability to lead and motivate a team

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

+ Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record
