Encore Design Services is looking for an experienced Cabinet Service Technician Manager who is looking to build a long-term relationship and career. The qualified candidate shall be responsible for overseeing a team of 8-10 cabinet service technicians, ensuring the team delivers outstanding service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. • Supervise and lead a team of service cabinet technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of service requests and installation projects.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration within the team and with clients.
• Monitor and evaluate technician performance, providing feedback and training as needed.
• Utilize technology for scheduling, tracking service requests, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
