Encore Design Services is looking for an experienced Warranty Coordinator who is looking to build a long-term relationship and career. The qualified candidate shall be responsible for working with builder warranty representatives to process, schedule, and update home warranty requests. Strong communication skills are essential, as the candidate will be in contact with multiple people to resolve requests. • Monitor Customer Care Inbox folder to work all incoming Warranty requests from assigned Builders.
• Maintain contact with Builder Warranty Rep to completely understand the issues that need to be addressed.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly.
• Evaluate each issue by collecting data & info to assist in resolution.
• Process all Warranty requests timely and accurately.
• Schedule all Warranty requests & confirm completion of work performed.
• Update builders on ongoing and completed repairs.
• File claims with vendors and process back charges where necessary.
• Communicate with management on all challenges or issues that arise to ensure the overall health and success of the business
