You will:
*Perform Planned Maintenance.
*Perform Demand Service.
*Diagnose problems and communicate issues to customers in clear, non-technical terms.
*Create Field Estimates and email to customer (escalate any major quotes, new maintenance agreements and other client needs to Sales Department).
*Order and collect parts using PO system, after approval.
*Follow all company safety procedures, including completion of a Job Hazard Analysis prior to each job.
*Complete client work orders on our mobile platform for each assignment at time of completion.
*Communicate regularly throughout the day with Service Logistics Coordinator.
*Communicate as appropriate with Technical Lead, Service Labor Lead, or Service Operation Leader regarding any necessary assistance or client issues.
*Participate in technician on-call rotation and follow on-call procedures accordingly. (New on-call tech assigned weekly)
*Maintain assigned equipment, tools, and vehicle to optimize life.
*Maintain truck stock inventory on assigned service vehicle.
*Meet requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adhere to all company safety requirements.
