**Key Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience
+ Enthusiasm for sharing your HVAC knowledge
**Responsibilities**
+ Teach HVAC Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program
+ Provide hands-on HVAC training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility
+ Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability
+ Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting
+ Support and communicate progress with students
+ Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology!
+ Basic computer skills
+ High school diploma/GED
