What You’ll Be Doing:
-Make outbound and take inbound calls to collect on past-due customer accounts
-Actively listen to our customers and offer solutions to resolve accounts while providing a remarkable experience
-Strive to outperform expectations with a positive attitude in a team environment
-Ensure actions follow company policies and laws
-Maximize productive time by utilizing effective time management skills

What We Offer:
-Competitive Salary of $20/hour plus quarterly bonus incentive
-Schedule: Training: In office 8-5pm for 5 weeks, then hybrid. Regular schedule 3 days of 8am-5pm, 2 days 11am-8pm, and a rotational Saturday per month. Mandatory 2-3 day in office per week.
