**Job Posting: Customer Service Representative (Remote)**

**Location:** Atlanta, GA

**Salary:** $24.26 per hour (Temp to Perm)

**Schedule:** 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling phone calls and emails efficiently and professionally.

+ Process orders and inquiries promptly and accurately using order management systems.

+ Research and resolve customer issues in accordance with established service level agreements.

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

+ Evaluate credit requests and expedite orders to meet customer needs while minimizing costs.

+ Identify trends in customer orders and issues, proposing and implementing process improvements as needed.

+ Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

+ Must have Computer and strong internet

+ Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

+ Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

**Education & Experience:**

+ High School diploma or GED equivalent (Minimum Required).

+ Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience (Preferred Level).

+ 1 year of customer-facing experience and 1 year of call center experience (Minimum Required).

+ 3 years of customer-facing experience and 3 years of call center experience (Preferred Level).

**Pay Details:** $24.26 to $25.00 per hour
