We are looking for:

+ Self motivated individuals extremely detail oriented

+ Exceptional negotiation skills

+ 2+ years of distribution experience

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Responsibilities:

+ Research, evaluate and purchase supplies based on price, service and quality to meet the needs of the organization

+ Review que in Solar and place purchase orders

+ Item Set-Up and Maintenance

+ Vendor Set-Up and Maintenance

+ Update all pricing in Solar

+ Run inventory valuation report daily to help minimize inventory

+ Expedite purchase orders and track when incoming inventory is needed, monitor orders and move dates accordingly

+ Consistent communication with Sales and Engineering departments with a sense of urgency and quick response time for all departments

+ Create and follow up with work orders regarding kitting projects
