**Summary**
To use paint/body experience, Grit Blast, and sound judgment to complete assigned paint requirements.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Complete assigned Lean initiatives including 5s activities
+ Troubleshoot problems, identify and communicate discrepancies
+ Complete required paint documentation including VOC log and check sheets
+ Move painted parts to the next process verifying they meet company specifications
+ Recommend improvements to paint procedures
+ Perform all duties in a safe manner and keep all employees aware of dangers in work area
+ Practice good housekeeping in work area
+ Follow Safety, Health, Environment, and Hazardous Waste rules and responsibilities
+ Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Technical / vocational / or military training or related experience
+ Typically has five or more years auto paint and body experience
+ Experience with prep, grit blast and final paint of heavy machinery required
+ Ability to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment
**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
