**Job Summary:**

The Skilled Maintenance Crew (Painter) team performs critical operations in on mountain facilities to deliver an incredible guest experience. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

**Job Specifications:**

+ Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.49 / hour

+ Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

+ 4 days / week - 7:00AM to 5:00PM

+ Skill Level: Entry

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Prep, drywall, basic carpentry, painting, staining and clean up.

+ Track and record their time sheet daily.

+ Use skilled based knowledge and experience to perform assigned tasks in a professional manner at all times.

+ Focus on productivity, efficiency, and quality every day.

+ Adhere to all resort and department policies.

+ Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements:**

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ At least 2 years of painting experience or equivalent experience.

+ Be able to climb ladders or scaffolding.

+ Able to lift 50 lbs.

+ Basic knowledge of carpentry, drywall, and painting.

+ Must check out and take care of company tools daily.

+ Valid Driver’s license.

+ Maintain a good attitude and work with others on their team.

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $24.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
