EnergyLogic, Colorado's applied building science experts, is is seeking an Energy Modeling Specialist! We are headquartered on the Front Range of Colorado, but this job can be fully remote, from any USA location.
MUST BE CERTIFIED RESENT RATER (HERS) OR CERTIFIED RATING FIELD INSPECTOR (RFI) TO APPLY
Job Details:
- Full-time
- Hourly, non-exempt (eligible for overtime)
- Pay: $25 - $32 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skill/knowledge.
Skills/Experience:
- Comprehensive understanding of RESNET standards, as well as the services and programs offered by EnergyLogic, and the ability to interpret code
-Excellent organization skills, with the ability to effectively manage various projects at once using project mgmt software
- Proficient, or ability to quickly become proficient, in the software used by the EL Field Services Team (DASH, Ekotrope, Sketchup, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail required
- Responsive and reliable; answer emails, voicemails, Teams messages, etc., promptly, and professionally
- 1-2 years of experience with RFI/HERS Rater certification or demonstrated proficiency in Sketchup
