Pay & Benefits:
Base Salary 70-100K plus Bonuses

Sick time: 40 hours front-loaded when you reach 90 days
Paid time off: floating holidays & vacation starts accruing after 90 days
Responsibilities:
Plans and oversees the mitigation and restoration process of various reconstruction projects from start to finish
Manage projects during the remediation phase through the reconstruction phase
Communicate daily schedule with customers, office, and technicians
Schedule in-house labor, obtain bids from and coordinate sub-contractors, and track hours daily
Track materials/equipment being used on the project
Set a budget for restoration jobs and track to ensure profitability
Collect progress payments and final payments from customers
Qualifications:
4 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in Water Mitigation/Restoration/Reconstruction
Xactimate experience required
Clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
Environmental Conditions:
Project Managers may travel to a variety of worksites in a company vehicle.
Climate-controlled Office/Field setting.
