Pay & Benefits:
Hourly pay 26-36/hour w/tools plus Bonuses
40+ hours per week (Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm)
Company vehicle, cell phone, uniforms, and PPE are provided

Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair Commercial/Residential HVAC equipment
Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and replace compressors and motors
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide technical support
Maintain accurate records of each job performed
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
5 or more years of experience in Commercial/Residential HVAC Service
EPA Universal Certified
Clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
Environmental Conditions:
Travel to a variety of work sites every day in a company vehicle.
May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness. May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels.
May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust.
May be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights.
