Sustainability Assistant Project Manager

EnergyLogic, Colorado's applied building science experts, is seeking a full-time Sustainability Assistant Project Manager. The candidate MUST be a certified HERS Energy Rater, a certified LEED Green Rater, and have prior Project Manager experience. Passion for the environment and building science a must.

Professional Job Requirements:
· Excellent attention to detail
· Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
· Organizational aptitude
· Asana software proficiency or ability to learn Asana quickly

Technical Job Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in the building industry
· HERS Rater Certification or 3+ years of RFI experience
· Strong knowledge of building science and sustainability
· LEED AP Certification
· LEED Green Rater Certification
· NGBS verifier certification or ability to obtain quickly
· PHIUS rater certification or ability to obtain quickly
· Strong working knowledge of single and multi-family inspection process including sampling and compartmentalization testing.
· Strong working knowledge of, or ability to master, sustainability programs, including but not limited to:
o LEED
o ENERGYSTAR
o Enterprise Green Communities
o NGBS
o PHIUS
· Ability to create and manage LEED workbooks, NGBS workbooks, and EGC submittals
· Ability to compile and document LEED credits and complete LEED submittals
· Ability to communicate professionally both internally and externally with field staff, scheduling team, architects, engineers, and builder clients across multiple teams
