Skills and Requirements
* Address plumbing issues promptly, including repairs and emergency situations.
* Shut off water supply when necessary for maintenance or repairs.
* Utilize propress tools for pipe sweating.
* Work with various types of steel materials.
* Maintain and troubleshoot domestic hot water systems and heaters.
* Collaborate with resident life groups and academic departments.
* Handle sewer, gas, and water systems.
* Use tools such as boot prints, snakes, drills, and jet lines.
* Familiarity with jetters for cleaning pipes.
* Perform tasks while walking around campus, using utility carts, and climbing as needed.
