**Job Title:** -- HVAC/Controls Service Technician

**Job Summary:** --EMCOR Services New England Mechanical (NEMSI) is an established mechanical and controls contractor with offices throughout the Northeast. We are currently seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our Latham, NY Operations Group. Responsibilities are to maintain, trouble shoot, repair and operate commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a background and/or interest in building control systems. This position requires good customer service relations, the ability to respond on a moment’s notice, and strong communication skills.

**Qualifications:** -- - Must have valid driver's license.

Compensation Range: $70-$120k

Other Compensation: not bonus or commission eligible
