Qualifications
• Must have reliable transportation & be willing to travel to job-sites.
• Ability to safely perform general physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, bending, standing, climbing, repetitive motion, use of hand tools)
• Strong commitment to adherence to of safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work harmoniously in a team-based environment
• Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing work environments
• Demonstrate general safety knowledge, must wear appropriate safety equipment & utilize tools safely.
• Ability to perform the following tasks: Measure, cut, drill, nail, and assemble materials, frame parts and joints to job specifications
• installing, erecting and sheathing roofing
• laying subflooring and floorboards
• repairing and installing fittings
• fitting exterior wall cladding and facias
• fitting internal wall panels and molding.
• constructing and fitting doors, windows, floors and stairs

Job description
• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• May require overtime, as needed
• Must ensure the proper installation of materials while keeping the workspace clean and organized
• Demonstrate accountability for quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of follow-through
• Must possess organization and effective time management skills to safely manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
